Jamie Solberg: " Spirit is just entering the prime of his life and is ready to be a great show horse for anyone. I have owned Spirit his entrire life and have done all of the training on him. He has been my main focus for the last four years. I showed him a few times as a two year old, and as a three year old I showed him in the SEMSCA open circuit. I showed him in all of the judged events. We were 6th overall in the SEMSCA year end standings. I showed him at 2 AQHA shows last year and he's been shown at open shows the last two years. Spirit does well in all of the events, but I think his two best are English and showmanship. Last year at the WSCA Champ Show we placed fourth out of 78 in Intermediate English Equitation and we made the final cut, out of about 78, in English Pleasure. I can do a showmanship pattern halterless with him. I love it when we have a pattern class because I can do any pattern with him easily. He pivots on the forehand and the backhand, sidepasses, and he does beautiful flying lead changes. He can do flying lead changes on a straight stretch and he makes them seem effortless. He has also been trailridden a lot. If you haven't noticed yet, I love this horse beyond words. For the last four years I've rode him every day and done everything with him. The only reason I'm selling him now is because I started showing a reining horse and I don't have time to show Spirit and give him the attention he deserves. I hope to find him the perfect new home."
