In preparation for eventing competions in 2010 Mark and Katie and Ginny Buell (Katie's sister) participated in a jumping clinic put on by Olympic rider, Becky Holder.
The clinic was Jan 2 & 3, 2010, when the outdoor temperatures were 15 to 20 degress below zero. Fortunately the indoor arena at Carriage House in Hugo was heated.
Mark rode Jet and Katie rode Wonder Girl. Both horses performed extremely well. The lessons included strategies for approaching cross-country jumps. Mark will share what he learned in upcoming jumping lessons.
