Ok..

Its called Chinese Noodle Salad

need.

1 head nappa cabbage (easily cheated by 2 bags of dole slaw mix :) ) 5 green onions..chopped- which i forgot to add *DOH!* 2 pkgs of ramen noodles -uncooked 1/2 cup sunflower seeds *roasted/salted* 1/3 cups butter 3/4 cups silvered almonds ((then I add dried cranberries cuz they taste good)) dunno how much..

Dressing

1/4 cup olive oil

3/4 cups soy sauce

1/4 cup sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt *optional* don't use you already have enough salt!! 1/8 cup vinegar

I put in a like drinking container that has a top and shook it up.. anyhow..

Break up the ramen noodles.. I put em in a zip lock bag and beat it with a

wooden spoon... if its too violent you could try just doing a real good job

breaking it with your hands in the package.. *much more fun to beat it tho*

take the noodles, sunflower seeds and the almonds and brown em in the

butter.. careful not to burn them... after you brown them they gotta sit out

for like 2 hours to dry cuz of the butter.. i laid them on a brown paper bag

to soak up the butter. mix it all together and then don't add the dressing

till like an hour before you serve..
