Cowboy Corn Casserole

Revised Ancient Indian Recipe

1 x 15 oz. can of corn, drained.

1 x 15 oz. can cream corn

1/2 or 1 stick of butter, melted

8 oz. sour cream, non fat

2 eggs (or egg beaters)

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix and let stand 1 hour (or refrigerate overnight)

40-60 min at 350 degrees.
