PUMPKIN PIE CAKE

1-16 oz. can pumpkin

4-eggs

1-12 oz. can evaporated milk

1 T pumpkin pie spice

1-cup butter

½-cup pecans, chopped

1 cup sugar

1-box yellow cake mix

 

Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, and spice in bowl.  Pour into an ungreased 9” x 13” pan.  Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture, drizzle melted butter evenly on top, sprinkle with pecans, and bake at 350º for 1 hour to 1-1/4 hours.

 

Cool and serve with whipped cream.
